After running an Test with Wave report tool the following content on the website  www.eu4green.eu has been identified as not compliant with WCAG 2.1:

  • The color contrast of some elements is not sufficient
  • Language attribute “me-ME” for Montenegrin language does not have a distinct ISO language code, but is represented by several other codes

Creation of this web accessibility statement

This statement was created on 4th August, 2023.

The conformity of this website with the Web Accessibility Law (WZG, Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz) was evaluated following an external test of the website with the Wave report tool, which was carried out in August 2023 in accordance with the requirements of EU Directive 2016/2102 at the WCAG 2.1 AA level of conformity. Content on individual pages is checked regularly by web content editors when new content is published.

Enforcement procedure

Should you not be satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint and contact the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints that are submitted electronically using the following contact form: contact form

Complaints processed by the FFG are usually about potential violations of the Web Accessibility Law (Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz, WZG), most notably shortcomings in compliance with the requirements of web accessibility that are identified on websites of Austrian public sector bodies or any institutions that belong to them. Should your complaint be justified, the FFG will formulate recommendations for action to be carried out by the party concerned and suggest measures to remedy the existing shortcomings.
