At the regional workshop in Belgrade, institutions, waste experts and private sector representatives from across the Western Balkans came together to discuss how Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) can make waste management more effective, fair and sustainable.

The workshop focused on mutual learning between economies, with shared experiences on building and improving EPR systems – from legal frameworks and implementation challenges to practical examples and product-specific solutions.
